Buying need simple android developer in the next 2 hours

    I need an Android developer to make a very very simple android "app" or shortcut rather.
    The user can download from android app store.
    the user clicks on it like any other app. it opens up the browser and goes to the mobile site.
    should not take long to make.
    I NEED THIS DONE ASAP
    I already have an app Icon.
