Need SImple 3 Page Site Designed/Hosted

    I am looking for a web 2.0 3-page website to be designed and hosted. The site must look great and only has a few specific requirements:

    Requirements:
    -Must be ecommerce site (accept Paypal)
    -Must allow users to create account and login
    -Must all customers to upload 2 artwork files (PDFs)
    -Must be able to easily edit META information for SEO
