need sidebar help, how much will it cost?

    i need some help.
    on http://theguitarresource.com/store/ i would like all the store categories that are in the main body of the page to be a sidebar on that page (and all the sub pages) and look like the sidebar on the main home page. I can't imaging this is that difficult, but i don't really know CSS so i can't do it myself. How much would something like this cost? thanks!

    Do you have ftp access? Is the script open source?

    these quotes seem a little expensive. People build custom wordpress themes for $300, just adding a side seems like a $20-$30 job. Maybe an hour of work. Is there something i am missing?
