$10 per video? Do you know how much money it costs for equipment and setting up a shoot? Anyways, try www.dvxuser.com, there are very good amateurs there.
I am not after original material, I just need several clips put together, with text between the clips etc. A short video of funny talents and half way through some wacky/bizarre talents. You could just throw 3 funny talents together with 3 bizarre not so talented clips in the last half - for full details pm me.
