Hi my server has a few problems. to begin with in directadmin you cannot view files from file manager it gives this error Unable to open /. Permission denied. when you connect via ftp it is blank no files are listed and as for emailing i cannot send or receive emails it connects to accept mail but it stays stuck on "checking mail..." in out look express then times out these are the main problems i have found out theres probably more i need a tech to be able to solve these problems no time wasters please!
