how much for cPanel? Im quite reluctant when there's no available 24/7 support via website, say 24/7 livechat, because I was scammed by christianwebhosting.co.uk I bought a server from him before, went fine for 2-3 weeks, and he just left his customers without a warning. He flaunted his servers are fully managed but he cannot be contacted. After 2 weeks he did not go online to MSN anymore, and I do not want it to happen again.
what specs can you do for $100/month? is this fully managed? need cPanel/WHM also, 100mbit unmetered, can do with 1gb RAM
Ouch, I'm sorry to hear that. We're actually a reseller of a large, well-established company which has been around for over a decade. I would mention who... but I've rebranded! The normal-GMT hours tech-support is provided by us & the out of hours is supplied by an email forwarder straight to their techs. My main payment method is paypal & with paypal you have buyer protection for something like 60 days... so if you go month-by-month, you will always be protected. Use a credit card through paypal & you will have the protection from your card issuer too! I wish I could qwell your worries, but the best I can do is offer my service & have it backed up by paypal's buyer protection policy. I certainly hope to hear from you soon. Jon
Oh & cPanel... forgot to mention that. cPanel prices are a little high unfortunately... it would actually be cheaper to purchase from cPanel themselves & install on the server (I don't mind installing it for you, for free if you want it). cpanel.net I should also mention that I plan to be in this for the long-haul. BUT, should anything un-forseen happen, you will ALWAYS receive the service you paid for & get plenty of notice to give you time to move hosts... but I don't see that happening.
