I'm opening a file mirroring site that is like uploadjockey.com
as you see the visitor upload one file , and the server sent it up to 12 different free file hosting. So, where should i go ? It will take a lot of bandwith. But will it take high CPU and MEMORY usage? If you are expert on server manegement find me i want to hire one to work with me. I already know sites with 150k uvs per day that will use my site, so i need a good server
will start spending U$200 per month
    what should i choose?

I could be wrong as I have never run a file mirroring site but I'm pretty certain these types of sites will require huge disk I/O due to lots of simultaneous uploads and such so you would want to look into fast hard drives such as 15k RPM SCSI. RAID, if you can afford it, will speed up performance as well.

For file hosting, you need lots of bandwidth and ram, and fast harddisk.
So, look for a package that you can add things up later.
the planet's server is a fast server. but their bandwidth is limited.
fdc claims unmetered but you can only go up to 6TB in&out combined.
    softlayer, I'm not sure.

I would recommend you to go for fdc. create a custom order with them.
small but fast harddisk + dedicated bandwidth should do the job.
