I need some honest opinions ... We're working on a new jungle theme with monkeys for Layla's web site. If you visit her site at www.primatemonkey.com You can see images of her on the web site and video. It's going to be a cartoon theme using Layla the famous marmoset monkey being a cartoon. I've attached the first draft please give me your input if you think it looks like her and please consider it's a cartoon of her. This is just the first faze. The site will have a jungle theme with Layla being the spot light of course. This site is to educate people about monkeys and lean toward the kids..

i think it is a wonderful image, having seen her yesterday on the site, i think it is a good theme to go with.
Thanks, I figured since we are going to be targeting kids and schools etc that a cartoon theme would work well. I thought it looked just like her , you know, as far as a cartoon goes. Thanks for the opinon. I was wondering if I was going to get a response lol
She's sleeping like a baby right now Once I get the site going and revamped I plan on doing a flash animation cartoon . Like a story board type thing of her growing up. It's hard to believe that she weights just a few ounces .
Except me. I'm a guy and an old guy at that well not that old lol 40 . My kids are grown and I have a grandson. It's just Layla and me now she keeps me busy...
I use words instead of cute - beautiful - knockout- gorgeous etc.. I guess a guy saying cute makes them or us feel ummmm something lol heck I don't know.
Yes 100% legal. I'm in America and the state I live in it's legal. Or I wouldn't be posting pictures and a web site of her But there are some states in America that you can't own a monkey or you have to have special permits.

The site you see now is going to be a thing in the past. Sometime this week we sould have Layla's new web site up. Cartoonish theme of her. Thanks for all the kind words and sure Layla would and appreciates it to.
Theme is cool and all, but you have an image size problem on the site. Most of the tiny thumbnail images are in fact HUGE, 2000 x 3000 images - just put into a small space, so the site is very slow to load. I would make sure that the images are of a normal size for thumbnails.
Right I appreciate the info. We're taking that site down and changing the site to the new cartoon theme and changing out the picture images to a lower size. I took them with a high end resolution camera . Do you know where their is a widget for wordpress that you can have a picture gallery ?
