A few days ago a created two paypal accounts, knowing nothing about it.
On one of them, i asked my father for his creditcard, to buy a game for a friend..Yes, im underage.. being 17 right now, but removed it the moment i was done with the purchase.
The account got limited a day later.
I also had created a fake bank account, as part of the process for reenable.

To the point, im extremely worried my parents might get bombed with charges, which they do not have the money for.
If i removed all the info related to the creditcard.. and the bank account stays unverified, will anything happen?

If you have removed the credit card already, then there should not be any charges to it! :)
As you used your PayPal to buy.and it will be charged to your PayPal account if there is anything to charge.

You should be fine, but stop messing with Pay Pal until you are legal and have your own bank account and credit cards.
You don't need Pay Pal to buy stuff online. A credit or debit card works everywhere.
