Hiya Yea i agree welsh guy... It just seems a pity shortd81 will probably appear again from the deep blue sea to push other shady deals using this forum. Its kinda like someone that uses a bank to commit fraud and then the bank saying it has nothing to do with me. Were as i feel as some blame lies with the bank if they opt to protect his ID and allow him to continue his fraudulent activities unchallenged.
I left bad feedback against shortd81 and as expected in return he left bad feedback for me this is what he said. Services Rendered and Sent Report, Just another way to get everyone wound up. Now maybe its me but I paid him for the SEO services and he claims to have made a mythical report that just so happens to defy the laws of email and has never provided the site with a single service. But in yet he still saying "Services Rendered" what services Shortd81? Please Shortd81 come and tell everyone here what Services you proformed on my site? If you can say one service on my site that you proformed on my site then ill drop my protest and let you keep the money and you will never hear me say anything to you or about you again. This also demonstrates that he is online and reading these posts. Someone sent me a message that claims to know him and said to me that he was laughing about how easy it was to get money for dumb DP members. He cant even keep his mouth shut. What a guy. Thanks
Although I am completely dissapointed that nothing has been done to short for the actions he has taken, I would find it amusing if he PM's all these people are being stupid, not reading the last pages of the notes, and short continues to scam these people. Has anyone actually PMed a MOD or ADMIN asking for something to be done to short? For example, banning him? Removing all the negative iTrader Ratings he has left people when he clearly is being untruthful about them.

What kind of puzzles me is that it seems a lot of the persons that have been scammed by Short decided against giving him negative rep. Maybe Short's retaliating red rep tactics play a role here, which would be sad.
Most people dont want to loose rep by giving out reds so maybe thats why they are holding back. As Old Welsh Guy you need more people to rep the scammer. From reading this whole thread I decided to give the scammer a red rep - stay away from this moron!
