Buying Need SEO To Get Top 10

I want to do seo for my site... My Budget is currently $150. But if the results are good then i can pay till $350.. (only if results are good and if i get sales..)

Payment : Paypal.

You should get Ranking first then you will get sales also. Hope you are getting my point. For that you need a guy who work regularly on your sites. After 2-3 months you can see some good ranking.
