Your metatags are good and relevant to page content. You just need to build quality links to improve its PR and ranking.
yes we all can read your title but i dont think anyone here read minds. you need seo help which is fine. but you are not explaining what kind of help you need. do you need a site review? then post it under reviews section do you need seo related services? then explain better what is that exactly you need. there is BST section of the forum where you can post and ask for the type of service you need
1. Pay attention to meta tags, the title tag is the most important but make sure it is not stuffed with keywords. It should contain your primary and secondary keywords (some circles say it should/could contain your URL as well but I have found it dilutes the keywords too much). Search engines nowadays, especially Google are becoming very good at detecting spam and if you stuff your title tags with too many keywords you may get penalized.
