Buying Need SEO Service to help me get better SERP for this KW

    I have one site where i had some SEO done for some time already, the site is several months old.

    But i still have trouble to rank the site for that particular keyword i want to rank for. The particular keyword seems to be more difficult to rank than what i thought.

    Here are some data, according to Market Samurai:

    Global PHRASE searches, daily 6000 <<<--->>> 170.000 competing pages (SEOC)
    Global EXACT searches, daily 2400 <<<--->>> 170.000 competing pages (SEOC)

    My budget is limited, and i need more high PR backlinks or whatever help to rank better for this keyword.

    NO BLACK HAT stuff please. I also do NOT need ON-SITE, i only need off-site, mainly high PR backlinks and whatever you can come up with.
