If sites listed in partner sites are not your sites than consider reducing the amount of outgoing links. Site looks good and around 8 years old, build some quality links and you could be successful quickly.
Your site still have poor baclinks. You should add many-many more baclinks from other web that has 'dofollow' and good in pagerank. for example : to build a 3PR web, it's need 555 backlinks from PR1 webs... you can find out more at : checkpagerank.net/linkpack
Thanks for sharing the link, even if it is just an estimate. Nice "Although nobody knows the exact Google PageRank values... required to achieve a certain Google PageRank. "
To the search engine your website looks like one big blob of something that it does not understand. You don't have a single word of content on your home page (except the disclaimer on the bottom of the page), the most powerful page in SEO. Nice site to look at though...
What keyword phrases are you targeting with your SEO? Without knowing that, I can't evaluate how good of a job you've done. I can tell you that there looks to be some pretty low hanging fruit in this niche. If you use the Google Keyword Tool and input your URL, it comes up with some interesting results. There look to be some fairly high search numbers with low competition. I hope you have done some off page SEO for these phrases. For example, the term 'wallpaper desktop free download' averages 14,800 searches per month with low competition. That would be a perfect fit for your site. Overall, I think the site looks good visually. I think the comment from Sharma was valid and needs to be considered too. Both inbound and outbound links can help make a difference, especially the inbound links.
