The website is: The Osteoporosis Diet

If anyone can post any tips or reviews from and SEO standpoint, that'd be great!

I think your main page is a little long.

Maybe have it only show part of the article for older post and have a link to display the whole article.

    As far as SEO goes

I did not see anything that I would change.

Make sure your main word that you want to rank high for is in the title. Make your h1 and h2 be your main keyword and second highest keyword.

    Here is the review:

    Google PageRank: 3
    Google Indexed Pages: 219
Last Google Crawl Date: July 29, 2008 @ 12:21 PM
    Inbound Links: 338
    DMOZ Directory: Found

Looks like you are doing quite well....just reduce the number of words in the meta tags a little.

The structure of your page is of utmost important. You should not link out to many unnecessary links.

Use snippets for front page, so you dont have two places the article can be seen.

Dont worry about linking out. As long as what you are linking to is related and worthwhile you can link out as many times as you like.

Not using the WWW is NOT a problem

The difference here is that the search engine views this as 2 seperate URLS.
And divides the rank gained to each individual URL. The same affect happens when doing something like: http://www.site.com/index.html & http://www.site.com.

TITLE TAG: OsteoDiet.com - Lose Weight, Fight Osteoporosis

SUGGESTION: You can remove the branding keyword because the title tag is the most important part of your site. Use that space instead for a more targeted keyword based on your keyword research. Or you can use Osteporosis Diet in replacement. Maximize the 70 characters to be used on your title tag.

META DESCRIPTION TAG: An ongoing success story of naturally losing weight and fighting Osteoporosis. Our primary focus is the causes, symptoms, and natural treatment for Osteoporosis.

    ANALYSIS/SUGGESTION:
Osteoporosis treatment using natural and organic diet and medication with information on osteoporosis symptoms workout and analysis.

KEYWORDS: osteoporosis, osteoporosis treatment, bone density, causes of osteoporosis, natural remedy, lose weight, weight loss, symptoms of osteoporosis, osteoporosis medication, osteoporosis workout, diet.

    ANALYSIS/SUGGESTION:
Try to generate 3-word combination for use in search engine indexing since what you have is a blog.

Lastly, maybe you can try to use a little more of the 2-word combination in your categories like osteoporosis books, osteoporosis levels (or classes or types or classifications). It's just that I noticed that your site is all about osteoporosis but you didn't use that major keyword in your categories. You'll miss half of what it can do for your site in terms of SEO if you don't.
