What I understood from your question is that you want to ask if this url http://www.maps.com/map.aspx?pid=12988 is the result of LONELY PLANET CALIFORNIA than why the other 3 url showing the same page. If I am right then the answer is ; Because the path to getting into that pages are different in every url. Like if you want to reach http://www.maps.com/map.aspx?cid=1352,1353&pid=12988 than you have to go like first click on travel Guides > USA > Lonely Planet california after getting the page check out the url of that page it will be different from your main url because the path to getting this page is different. I think you need to make those 3 dynamic links into a SEO Friendly URLs so google can detect their differences, how to do it? try asking your developer to do .htaccess mod_rewrite to those pages
