Buying Need SEO expert who can guarantee results

I am looking for SEO expert who can guarantee results.

I have tired of 'SEO experts' who promise a lot, only charge money but do not deliver anything and do not guarantee anything.

The two main things I am looking for are:

1. You must have a proven track record of delivering results and you must be able to prove it.
2. You must guarantee results

Also
- You must only use white hat SEO techniques. No black hat, gray hat, spammy and other questionable SEO techniques.
- You must be completely honest and transparent about what you do, how you do it, what techniques you use, etc.

I would want you do keyword research, increase SERP ranking, increase organic traffic from search engines to my website. Keywords must be relevant and traffic must convert.

SEO is not a definite process and a good seo wouldnt guarantee you of having your site in top results.

Seo is a continuous process and requires efforts and time to get the things start rolling. Those who guarantee results are nothing but just want to grab this project.
