Need SEO and some other help.

    Hello,

    Ok, here's what I need. I need to get on the top of Google for at least 2 or 3 very specific keywords in Atlanta. The theme is air conditioning and heating services. I'm not sure what the most popular keywords are in that area because I have not yet researched it. But, I do want the most popular keywords if I can for that area. Maybe something like "Atlanta air conditioning" and "Atlanta Heating" or "Atlanta Heating Contractor". The object is to get leads for contractors. So, it wouldn't be "DIY air conditioning". But, if you have suggestions I'm open. :)

    Also, while waiting for that to get on the top of Google, I'm going to need some short term traffic immediately for those keywords through Google Adwords or Links to high PR sites.

    I want to work with somebody who has good ITrader feedback.

    Please let me know of any packages or services that you can offer. :)
