Can you plz specify what you mean by "cache in google"? Do you mean crawled/indexed by google?

 

That's probably what he meant, frequently updating your site will cause the googlebot to love your site and indexing your site on a more frequent basis.
Further i would suggest to optimize your site further with information you can find on DP.

I just checked from what Maldives posted and your site is indexed with 143 results.
You also show 58 links.

If you want better results it depends a lot on trying to find out if there is room for improvement SEO wise and adding content on a frequent basis.
And try to obtain relevant backlinks to your site and preferbly in the right context.

No one can cache his site in Google, But Google caches your site by means of crawling / indexing.

Google crawl more frequently to site having very good PR and traffic.
So, try to improve PR and traffic to your site. Also try to update your site frequently by means of content / product / services etc.
