hello, Just wanted to see if I could get some seo advice for my hosting website. I have done some of the suggestions made with a few of the seo checkers on the net but most of them give different advice and not sure how to proceed?
    www.mymicrohost.net

    thanks!!

First you think yourself as a user is your website showing to the user what they want? If no then make adjustment on your website like redesign and check usability of your website.

Don't just through everything be categorized and do research what your competitors are following. If you do all such things then think of keywords users might be search to find the services provided by you. Include those keywords in Title tag, Meat description, H1, Main Content, Alt tags for Images and build backlinks on target keywords through related sites and you will see your website start improving in search results position.

dude! do you want a HONEST anwser.?!!!

hosting market is a very, very,.....very competitve market. even the "long tail keywords" are not easy to rank for them.

the reason why is because big companies (you know them of course) are dominating the SERPs.

now, don't get me wrong, i don't say you can't rank. but it'l take a very long time....may be 6 month ~ 1 year of hard working.

which is a very long time if you want quik profit.

I'm not trying to discourage you, i want to give you a clear vision, so you'll know what is waiting you :)

    best

I would suggest you to, Email hosting review sites and ask them to review your company. You can get massive amounts of hits just by doing this. A good place to start is http://thehostjudge.com

This will however be not as fruitful for SEO but can be good for traffic generation.

If I look for a hosting provide , then definitely I am not impressed with the overall look and feel of your website and will look for any other....

!st, change the color scheme of your site , There are too many different color which can't give a look of any reliable company, Reading words are very difficult on your website.

Thanks for the advice. I see some good suggestions and will do some research to learn how to use the long tail keywords. Can any one suggest a way for me to see just where my site is located on google for any of my key words? I would also be willing to trade free hosting or a reseller account for help with getting more traffic or better seo for my site. Since im a small business i really cant afford the high prices for pro seo services at this point. I dont want to be number 1 in google but if I can get in the top 100 pages may help get a few more clients?

thanks for the advice my friends!!

Use any SERP checker tool like seoserp.com to find your ranking for your keywords.
