Buying Need Semi-Dedicated/VPS asap! - Ideally offshore

    Ive started to have enough of wrzhosts downtime as its just happening too often. (Been offline for the last 6hrs) and am looking at moving my hosting elsewhere.

    I need

    10GB Disk Space
    500GB-1TB Bandwith
    Pref Dedicated IP
    FTP access so i can access files, make changes etc.

    Should cost no more than $25 p/m and more importantly should not face constant downtime issues.
