Updating or rotating - they are very different kinds of scripts. If you mean rotating adverts, check out http://www.easy-share.com/f/1325967070/Scriptz, a small script directory I used when I was setting up sites and selling them. As for updating adverts, that requires a custom script to go through your database of submitted ads and all sorts of different criteria, so your best hiring a programmer to look at it.
