Need Second Opinion(s) With this Ad placement

I've placed a google adsense script as the last post on the thread lists.
Does this constitute a violation of their TOS?
If the arrow is bringing undo attention to the ad, will removing the arrow make it fall within the Google Adsense policies?

Yes,that is what I suspected as well, but others hav told me that it is a direct violation because it makes the adsense look like a thread.


I'm waiting on Google reply on this matter.
