Need Scrolling image code

    Hi
    I would like to place a image in right side bottom of a webpage.This image should not change the place even though window scrolls. If i click on that image a pop-up window has to come with no addressbar, and the size of that window shd not be full size.
    Is it possible like this. I will be glad if any one can help me out. If possible provide the code.
