need script- website install

    I have a pre-made website script to be installed on cpanel server.actually i want several installed but i will try doing one and see how it goes.Looking at the readme.the idea is you create a mysql database "using phpmyadmin import the sql file""edit the config.php and put in your site...".It apears that the template is pretty plain ,probably like a php directory without the skin ,so that may be needed installed also. it says "customize "so i assume it needs a skin(i never saw sample).I have the database files and the script all-ready.let me know if you need more detail
