Need script to speed up setting up sites

I need a php script to speed up the process of setting up websites.

When I setup a site, I usually need to do the following things:

1. edit httpd.conf
2. setup a awstats file
3. setup the db in mysql.

I will provide you the template for apache, awstats and mysql. Your script is just like search and replace script, to produce the necessary information in apache, awstats and mysql.
