Need Script/Program - Urgent

    I need a script/program to be made for me.

    Sorry in advance for not being very good with terminology on programming. I need something to search through all of these pages and find ones with a high PR.

    I do not have a lot of funds right now because my web development company is upgrading the servers so.. cheapest bid wins.

    I need the winner to install the script on my computer or something like that.. I dont know how it all works..

    Money will be paid at the end of project once completely satisfied.
