hello all, There is a guy who I've known for a few years who needs his computer fixed. The problem is that I don't trust him very much and feel that he will rip me off to any extent so he doesn't have to pay me. I wanted to know if anyone can recommend a sample PC Repair agreement, so I won't have any problems in case he doesn't want to pay up or doesn't feel I worked on his computer at all. He's not exactly tech savvy, but I would basically be cleaning up his computer, removing spyware/adware, trojans, worms, anything I come across , fix up registry etc for $50. If anyone has anything, please post here..I would appreciate it.
check google for "annual maintainence contract" agreements and you will find many. Choose what appeals you and get it signed by your clients.
