Need RSS sign up and ping service set up on my Joomla Site

    I am looking for a good Joomla programmer for a simple job. I need to plugins installed (you should know where to get the plugins). The plugins I need are as follows:

    1) I need a RSS plugin installed and placed on the home page of my site.
    2) I need a ping plugin installed that will notify the feeds when a new post is added.

    I have allot of work, so if you do a good job and have good prices I will have allot of work for you.
