Need RSS feed subscribers

    I am currently working on a website for a client and they need RSS feed subscribers.
    I don't know where or how to request or any idea from anyone on where to go about this?

    Need like 2,000 RSS feed subscribers for the niche. If you have any idea where to go please reply.
