    nice placement but my suggestion is to place the ads from left sidebar to right sidebarsince most of them looks at right side

    1. put your 160x600 on the left side bar instead of the right side as most the top left corner is what most people look at when they visit your site for the first time.
    2. use a (728x15_4) Displays up to 4 links under your menu.
    3. use 332x180 ad on top of each post instead of wrap around text.
