Need Reviews on "Creating a Successful and Popular Web Site"

Hey guys, well I run a few popular websites (well what I believe are popular, probably nothing compared to most) and I recently created a Mobile Phone topsite list to run in conjuction with the Online Mobile Phone Store that I run, and well basically I have added to this new topsite somewhat of a guide to creating a successful and popular website. I thought that it is a resource that most of my members who are websites owner could use.

Anyway I'm just looking for some review of my guide. It's a few thousand words long - as you'd expect from a decent guide - but I'd really appreciate some reviews and opinions on it. It is long but I imagine anyone out there that owns a website or is thinking of creating one I'm sure the read is worth your time anyway. That said I'm not a SEO expert or anything but I have been marketing my personal websites since I was in grade 10 (I'm in 4th year uni now), so I have picked up a few things along the way. Basically I'd really like some feedback on how it flows, if the pages are too long or short, if its to complex, to simple, if you found it informative or too general... etc. Ignore the main site itself - its not finished nor is it really open, I just put the guide on this site before I added it to my other bigger sites.

    Thanks in advance guys.

Why do you have Mobile phones and Web Design into the one site? Straight away I would think your trying to win over two seperate types of visitors IMHO.

You may want to consider having the links underlined or at least a title saying Artices. At the moment it just looks like a few pointers for web design people may not see they are links and just move on.

I know its been awhile since I posted this, but I think your right truf - I think I will get a seperate domain name for my SEO - Web Design guide, and I probably do need to make those links look more like links.

Thanks for the review - does anyone else have some suggestions?
