    For my taste, the website is too simple.
    I like the logo, though.
    The content is also good. Maybe you could work on its design a bit, because it really is too simple.

    I wanted it straight to the point, clean & simple. (alot like Youtube)

    Nothing to distract the visitor, after all they are here to watch videos
    not see flashy graphics.

    Very simple and clean layout
    I would create an associating favicon relating to your logo, which I agree with others is very good
