    maybe you should try inline ads, also not too much big banners and stop focusing on the sidebar, put some inside the content

    Too many Google Ads at the sidebar.

    Some suggestions for you to consider:
    (1) Add in categories or archives at the sidebar.
    (2) Add in some navigation tabs at the top menu (to help your visitors to have a better surfing experience)

    visitor needs unique contents rather than too much of ads so reduce some ads to let members see content.

    So your site is just for advertising?
    Add search box to it, so the post will be find instantly.
    Add some images and it will be great if you could add logo for your site.

    It contains too many same size adsense ads. If you need to put 3 adsense then kindly change the size and location of adsense. It becomes more helpful to visitors.
