Im having trouble finding the best format, style and layout for my article reviews on my Playstation 2 gaming website. The idea of the article reviews it to tell them what the game is, what its about, the score of them game, and hopefully getting them to buy it if the game is deemed good! The three following articles, are three different styles, layouts. which do you like most, which should I use through out my site? They vary a little, make recommendations please, and why you like which or what it should look like. Keep in mind this will be for age range of 8-25 mainly so younger audience and younger adults. Article layout 1 Article layout 2 Article layout 3 It needs to be made simple where they can buy it, what its about, and if its any good. Which layout do you feel sends the best message, and what can be improved? Thanks!
This one is easiest on the eyes. The other two are harder to read. The third one is my least favorite.
The layout 2 is the best of the 3. It is better to have the buy now icons as it saves potential buyers convenience from going to another page to make the purchase. I think what is even better is a combination of layout 2 and 3. Problem with layout 3 is that it is fragmented but shows the personality of the writer, subjecting all readers to this, some may be put off, others may like it even more! Hence, layout 2 with "additional info" at the end or on another page is most suitable to my preference. Layout 1 is plain text and does not have enough attractive power to make people buy.
