i like the idea i would just work on the navigation links up top...instead of listing all of them list the top ones then be able to expand out the rest....
I like the layout and content alot, but honestly, I'd have a hard time remembering to visit again after I left. You need some gimmick, like "This is your top 1 visit out of 10" or whatever. Also.. top 10 rated by who ?
Good effort, I agree with vertygo, it needs something funky / a gimmick. Otherwise you might end up with a high bounce rate. Yes you can get a ton of clicks on adwords provided you have the traffic, & if you have the traffic you need to make sure it the homepage is sticky.
