Looks good. I like how it gets straight to the point.

 

Logo doesn't look like attractive icon. Color combination for Step1 -3 is not attractive.

The big diagram on the steps to follow is a good idea. However, the domain and long site name are confusing. I think it would have made the concept clearer to call it "surveys for cash", or "opinions for cash" or something close to that (preferably shorter), even if it sounds a bit ludicrous!
