    I would say change the font so its more clearer, maybe "Ariel", also maybe changing the colours of your blue embassy information links to make it stand out more, maybe use several different colours.

    From a usability standpoint I would get rid of 90% of the million ads you are showing on your home page, it looks like a spam site.

    From there I would build links and try and make them as relevant as possible, even if you are just getting a handful a month you will do better long-term that way then getting a ton of irrelevant ones.
