    Site looks good, the background color looks dull though, guess some bright ones should have been used.

    1) make the email an html link or better yet remove it from there
    2) on focus the text "Search..." should disappear
    3) what's the purpose of having the logo enlarged to cover the entire page?
    4) shorten your title tag and add a slogan or description on what the company does near the logo
