    The site is pretty plain and simple. I don't like how narrow it looks with the white background and would recommend you to widen it a bit. Moreover, the list in the right part of the index page isn't well-fitting

    Yeah, it is simple, but great. Maybe the logo could be a little changed (for example any picture could be involved in it!). I like it.

    This site looks good. Maybe you could make the highlights snappier or have a few word summary in bold at the beginning of each point to grab peoples attention.

    A few word summary may really be a great and useful idea. Insert the popular keywords with little competition in it, btw

    in my honest opinion I would say you should change the design to a bit more web2.0 looking design because right now eventhough it looks decent but its not as attractive as it should be, and you may actually loose some customers.
    what you can do is change the header and the menu and use rounded corners etc.
