    Remove the 328/280 ad and place it elsewhere.
    Money is not the issue when staring a website but keeping visitors on the site.
    but the site looks good. vesy good.

    The long header takes time to load.Other than that the website is very beautiful.

    It looks very nice. But when someone comes to the site for the first time, the only clue they have as to the specific function of the site is the sub-heading "Here are fashion tips for women". Immediately thereafter starts the entries/articles. I think a welcome section with the idea and purpose of the site simply stated, would help. It could then lead the viewer to the various sections of the site and provide a beginning pathway.

    Also, you don't need the "Here are...". Just use "Fashion Tips For Women" for the sub-heading, or "Tips Every Woman Needs To Know About Fashion" so as not to be too redundant with your main title, "Women and Fashion".
