Just one suggestion on your first site...

If you can add in Google Ads on the top portion of your site, that will be good.

Alternatively, your ads can also be placed on the right hand side (below the existing banner).

You have loads of games and the second site is good because it gives people a chance to instantly connect without leaving the page, I did not see a chat box and am not sure how games images rank in Google. at first I thought you had made this on Google API but it seems you have based it from Wordpress which is very interesting you mut have a good understanding of PHP and CSS. Like I say loads of cool games, but in the about page at the top you mention the darts, cookies and IP readers this can be a bit of putting, perhaps you could put that below the images in a smaller font.
