If your main keyword is not "My Spirit" you should change your TITLE to your main keyword for SEO.
You need unique content, duplicate articles won't help you at anything. You may get penalized because of this.

Hi there, just had a look and the heading: Silent Inflammation, under that has the top line only half the words.

 

What the hell? This is more of a SPAM blog, insurance and discovering passions have nothing to do with health.

 

site is nice, but it seems little difficult to read the contents,,, change the background and text color

 

You should look for better theme for your site. Fonts are not readable properly

 

Loads wrong in fire fox. Last nav box loads under the main boxes.
