Website looks great but the price is a lil expensive I think. Because weight loss niche is really competetive and there are millions of websites out there offering unique products for dirt cheap price. But if you think that your product is worth the price, sell it no matter what others are saying. But the looking of your website and the value of your product won't make you any money unless you have decent traffic. In this case you can use free methods like article marketing, social bookmarking, etc. If you have some money to invest, well, Facebook PPC works great with weigh loss niches, they hate make money adds though...
You might want to work on the grammar on the posts (but I think you already know that ). The website's layout looks great, but you might want to change the sidebar and make it more neat. You have information on the sidebar that is that same on the the articles. You might also want to place a list of articles on your website to make it look more organized. My two cents. Personally I think the homepage is really long, I wouldn't want to scoll down to the bottom to read everything. So if you have something important at the bottom maybe you should consider moving it somewhere more prominent. Other than that looks good as the others say.

The site is nice. to increase conversions I would recommend you to create squeeze page with short video because peoples prefer to watch video instead of reading.
