Need Review/Advice on earning website

    My main website is www.insiderangles.com
I use the site www.insiderangles.net for PPC

I have an excellent commission negotiated with CJ.com for my primary advertisement within the newsletter. CJ.com has earned me $27,000 over the last 18 months (have screenshots). I have a 2nd affiliate arrangement via clickbank that I set up last year in an attempt to diversify. This one does not generate a lot yet, but has earned me $1,650 so far this year. (have screenshots)

The real value of the website lies in my fully opted in database of aprox 4100 newsletter subscribers - each person joined voluntarily and during football season newsletters can see upwards of 30-35% open rates (click rate varies on promotion) I've sent numerous offers to these subscribers and have built up 3 quality sportsbook "sheets" (client lists) where I earn a percentage of all losses along with the CJ.com and clickbank commissions.

Traffic on the .com site has fallen dramatically the past 6 weeks as I was hospitalized and was not able to upload the daily content. During football/basketball, 300-400 visitors is quite common. With proper patient long term SEO, traffic would prove extremely beneficial since new visitors have converted very nicely through various promotions.

Content is provided by a professional writer which I have negotiated a long term agreement with. The writer charges other clients $20 per daily pick, I pay aprox 1/3 of that (average 3-4 picks a week). Articles retail for $75 and I get them for $25 (I get 2-4 a month)

Quality mailing lists in this industry are worth $1-$2 per name or higher. This is a very high quality list. I've probably spent $4,000 in the last year alone in PPC to build up the list. Someone smarter than me at PPC could probably get the CPA into a much cheaper range. New names come from 2 sources. PayPerClick through adwords, and I have another site which I co-own (free picks website) and that provides me with upwards of 50-100 new names per month.

Site takes maybe 10 minutes of work per day (less once you get used to sending the newsletter)

There is HUGE potential if someone wants to sell newsletter advertising or extra picks. I get emails (during football/basketball) all the time from people who enjoy the pro-pick & articles provided on the site asking how much I charge for more picks. PM me for more details on this as I did sell picks on a trial basis last winter and can give you a better idea of what's possible.

    What would a buyer get?

    • Both Domains (.com/.net)
    • Commission accounts (CJ/Clickbank)
    • Sportsbook Affiliate Accounts (Have Earned aprox $5,000 so far this year with aprox $625 pending to be paid at the end of June)
    • Aprox a month of prepaid content (10 picks + 4 Articles)
    • Database of aprox 4100 opt-in names.
    • 50-60 New Names each month for 6 months to help you generate some commissions while you get things growing.
    • Step by step instructions on what I do each month (it's really not that much to be honest, like 10 min a day and then the odd banner change)

Thanks for reading all this. PM me if you have any questions you don't want to ask questions in the open forum. I can provide screenshots of some of the commissions (CJ/ClickBanks & one of the sportsbooks. 2 sportsbooks only seem to show the last month of revenues so I could request a long term report if you wanted)

I'd like to know what you think of the site(s), where they could be improved, and of course, what I could ask for (and realistically receive) if I were to sell.

I'd be open to paying a % for assistance in helping me sell this.

I hope I posted this in the right section.

    Much thanks.
