    i don't have any CC so i need to post payments via mail post.
    this is a great time lost. and they are in "france" so i need to mail my payments 1 month in advance im from canada.

    he does not support paypal or others kind of payments.
    support are all automated message but with this kind of price. its ok.

    its true. but ovh servers are very cheap you can have a small dedicated unmetered for 19.99 euro.
    that is the best offers in the market.


    Yes, we can host what do you want. so warez hosting is not allowed. anyway warez files hosting is not allowed on all country :)
