I want the hosting to to have: FFmpeg & FFmpeg-php Libogg & Libvorbis Flv2tool LAME MP3 Encoder Mplayer Mencoder GD Library in order to run client scripts using these sites: ClipShare PHPmotion YouTube Clone Scripts Attachmax Video Broadcast Yourself SocialMedia OSTube I also need a billing system to create accounts automatically after signup and handle billing. (clientexec?) I would prefer unmetered hosting and bandwidth plan and would need 3-5 dedicated IP's. I will also need fast support and would prefer english speaking host. I would prefer to pay via paypal... I will also need help moving clients account from current server (cpanel and whm with root access available) These are my requirements/wishes. You will require a Dedicated server or VPS for this. I think Reseller account will not handle all this. I am rather surprised how people are offering all this under $20! I am myself looking all these but could not get proper provider. Almost 3 persons who have posted above failed to meet these requirements when we visited their websites and contacted them.
