That's just wrong how you said ok,budget? wat's going on here, he is someone trying to make a living. not everyone has the same about of money as some people out there.
Simple. you're out of order.

 

My English is not the perfect one but really I haven't understood you. Anyway if I asked for a budget is because we cannot answer with prices and details about our hosting packages, both shared or reseller (Read the rules of DP regarding this). I am not "out of order" because if the owner of this thread need a reseller account (as the thread say) but the budget it's not "inside" my prices lists I won't contact him/her via PM.
