Need reliable offshore warez host

    If someone can provide me with this.

    - 10GB Space
    - 100GB Bandwith
    - cPanel or any control Panel
    - 10 Ftp accts or more.
    - must allow me to upload warez (will not distributed to public, it will be ftp for me and my team)
    - the warez content will be password directory.

    If you can do that, please let me know. Also the cheaper the better :)
