I spoke with Robert O'Neill a while back, who claimed to be the new RF VP, and said that he would transfer 7 of my domains which were wrongfully under their control back to me. This was months ago, and he has been ignoring my e-mails now. He informed me of 3 monitored RF e-mail addresses, 2 of which are his personal addresses, and page him when he gets an e-mail. He asked me not to share these with anyone, but he's stolen $15,000/yr of revenue from me and won't take 5 minutes to give it back, so why should I honor his request? - Monitored by multiple individuals including Robert O'Neill himself - One of robert's personal e-mail addresses, pages him when he receives an e-mail at it - Another of Robert's e-mail addresses, also pages him when he receives an e-mail. Maybe you'll be lucky and get some help where I couldn't.
I read something about godaddy.com getting some of these RF names. Contact godaddy support and ask then if they can help you. that was a bad thing that happened to you and the rest of RF customers
Good-luck with RF. Trying to get replies is quite an adventure. I did get my name trasfered over to NameCheap but it took me awhile to find it where it ended up. GoDaddy was really helpful, even though they didn't have to be. ST
If you can prove you used to own the name you can get it locked at the current registrar (who?) and deal with it there. hopefully you have an account there to make for easier transition. GOod luck.
